How to Drink Three Peach Gin

Life's a peach so why not make it peachier? These gin cocktail recipes are all about our latest limited edition drop: Three Peach Gin.

Three Peach Gin is latest gin to our limited edition line-up, and we are so excited for you to try it in some delicious gin cocktails!

This fruity number is bright, tart and aromatic, made for daytime bevs in some dappled sunlight. Using peach in three different forms, this gin is dangerously drinkable. With soft touches of bourbon vanilla and fig leaf, it's perfect in a simple Gin and Soda, Spritz or even a ginny take on a Bellini.

We've tasked our Creative Director of Gin Drinks, Nick Tesar on how to maximize your peachy pours.

Start with an extended brunch Bellini, and follow it up with a vibrant and zippy Spritz garnished with mint for extra freshness. Keep the peachy goodness flowing and follow it all up with a Charli Chaplin. It's fragrant and floral, with a slight sour element to balance things out.

  • Three Peach Gin & Soda

    INGREDIENTS
    METHOD
    • Build in a rocks glass.
    • Top with ice
    • Garnish with a lemon wedge and a sprig of thyme. ​
  • Peach Bellini

    INGREDIENTS
    METHOD
    • Combine Three Peach Gin and peach puree in a flute
    • Top with sparkling wine and stir to combine. ​
    • Enjoy!
  • Peach Gin Spritz

    INGREDIENTS
    • 45mL Three Peach Gin ​
    • 30mL soda water​
    • 60mL sparkling wine
    • 10mL sugar syrup ​
    • 2 aromatic bitters
    • 12 mint leaves​
    • Lemon
    METHOD
    • Combine mint with all ingredients and stir
    • Pour into wine glass
    • Top with ice.
    • Garnish with sprig of mint and lemon slice
  • Charlie Chaplin

    INGREDIENTS
    • 30mL Three Peach Gin
    • 20mL peach liqueur
    • 20mL lemon juice
    • 10mL sugar syrup ​
    METHOD
    • Combine ingredients in a tin.
    • Shake with ice. 
    • Strain into a coupe glass.
