Three Peach Bellini

This is a punchier version of the iconic Italian brunch cocktail, the Bellini. Sweet and tangy, with the gin adding body to this effervescent classic. ​

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 30mL Three Peach Gin​
    • 30mL peach puree​
    • 75mL sparkling wine
  • METHOD

    • Combine Three Peach Gin and peach puree in a flute
    • Top with sparkling wine and stir to combine. ​
