What is Four Pillars Gin Rewards?

In a nutshell, it's a program designed to reward our loyal gin friends every time they buy gin or ginny things from us!

Gin Rewards members earn points with every purchase made on the Four Pillars website or in the Gin Shop at our homes, which can be redeemed for rewards. Rewards include Made From Gin goods, bottled cocktails and a 700mL bottle of gin from our signature range.

How do I join Four Pillars Gin Rewards?

That's easy! All you have to do is create an account on our website. Create your account right here.

Are you a pre-existing Four Pillars account holder? Then you would have automatically been signed up to our Gin Rewards program when it launched. Sign into your account to view your new status as a Gin Rewards member.

Do I need to be logged in to earn points and redeem rewards?​

Should you garnish a Rare Dry G&T with orange? The answer is yes, absolutely! Points cannot be collected unless you are logged into your Gin Rewards account before checking out your online order. Likewise, you cannot redeem a reward unless signed in.

Buying or redeeming from us in-person? Don't forget to show us your member card, or ask the team member at the register to look you up on the system using your mobile number or email address.

Where can I find my member card?

Sign into your Gin Rewards account. Once signed in, click on the Gin Rewards widget in the bottom right corner of your browser. From there, select the 'Card' tab, where you can find your member card in the form of a QR code.

This code can be scanned by our team to find your profile when making a purchase in the Gin Shop at our homes.

Earning points

How do I earn points?

It's as simple as buying a bottle of your favourite gin. No, really!

You earn one point for every $1 you spend on qualifying purchases* made on our website or in the Gin Shop at our Healesville Distillery or Sydney Laboratory. Points will appear in your account after your order is complete and payment has been confirmed.

*Qualifying purchases include most goods from the Four Pillars website and in-store Gin Shop. They do NOT include gift vouchers, ticketed experiences, and food or drink bought in our venues.

Where can I see my points balance?

Sign into your Gin Rewards account. Once signed in, click on the Gin Rewards widget in the bottom right corner of your browser and here you should be able to view your points balance.

When do my points expire?

Your points will expire two years from the date they are added to your account. Hopefully that's long enough for you to redeem them for something ginny and delicious!

Can I earn points for purchases made before I joined your Gin Rewards program? ​

Unfortunately not. Sadly our new rewards program only registers purchases made after you have signed up as a member. Don’t fret though! It won’t be long before you’ve earned enough points for your first gin reward, we know it.

Can I earn points with gift voucher purchases?

No. Unfortunately gift vouchers are not eligible for earning points. Likewise, any purchases made with a gift voucher are not eligible for points.

Can I earn points if I buy Four Pillars from a bottleshop?

In short, no. The Four Pillars Gin Rewards program only registers purchases made directly through...Four Pillars! That means our website or the Gin Shop in our Healesville Distillery or Sydney Laboratory.

Unfortunately if you buy one of our gins from a third party bottleshop we cannot track your points and it will not go towards your Gin Rewards account. On that note, we are incredibly grateful for your support, no matter where you buy our gin. So thank you!

Can I earn points on food and drinks I purchase in your venues?

Unfortunately points are only allocated for goods purchased on our website or in our Gin Shops. But we hear you! We are looking into changing this and hope to have an update for you in the near future where a visit to our gin homes for a few drinks and snacks can see you earning some Gin Rewards points. Stay tuned.

Redeeming rewards

What rewards can I get?

When you earn a certain number of points, you can redeem them in exchange for the following rewards:

How can I see my available rewards?​

Sign into your Gin Rewards account. Once signed in, click on the Gin Rewards widget in the bottom right corner of your browser, then select the 'Rewards' tab.

How do I redeem my rewards?

When you earn enough points for a gin reward (100 points, 350 points or 600 points), you'll receive an email from us with some simple instructions on how to redeem it.

But if all else fails, just log into your Gin Rewards account online and toggle to the 'Rewards' tab to see what rewards you have available to redeem.

To redeem online:

  1. Choose the reward you want to redeem and add the product to your cart (e.g. if you want to redeem a bottle of Double Barrelled Negroni for 350 points, you'll need to look up this product on our website and add it to your cart).
  2. Head to the checkout and select the 'Redeem reward' button that matches the reward in your cart.
  3. Follow the prompts to finalise your order and that's it! Reward successfully redeemed.

    To redeem in-store

  1. Visit the Gin Shop at our Sydney Laboratory or Healesville Distillery and present your member card to the team member at the register (or we'll look you up in the system).
  2. We'll tell you what rewards you have available and you can choose which one to redeem on the spot.

Can I redeem more than one reward in one transaction?  ​

First of all, props to you for earning your way to so many rewards! That's epic.

Secondly, yes, you can definitely redeem multiple rewards in one go - either online or in person if you're redeeming them in the Gin Shop at one of our homes.

If redeeming online, just make sure you are selecting the correct 'Redeem reward' buttons at checkout that match the rewards in your cart. For more info, see the earlier question on how to redeem a reward.

Can I redeem rewards at the Four Pillars Distillery or Laboratory?

Of course! If you'd prefer to pick up your gin reward in person, just head to the Gin Shop in either of our gin homes and present your member card once you get to the register. From there, we'll be able to look up what rewards you have available and redeem them on the spot.

Can I use my points to redeem limited-edition/new release products?

No. Points can only be used to redeem the rewards included in our Gin Rewards program:

  • A Made From Gin gift (Orange Marmalade or Breakfast Negroni) for 100 points.
  • A bottled cocktail (Double Gin Martini or Double Barrelled Negroni) for 350 points.
  • A 700mL bottle of gin from the Four Pillars signature range including: Rare Dry Gin, Bloody Shiraz Gin (excludes limited-edition), Fresh Yuzu Gin, Spiced Negroni Gin and Olive Leaf Gin for 600 points.

Do I have to pay for shipping when I’m redeeming my reward online?

If your shopping cart total is under $100, then yes you’ll need to pay for shipping. This applies even if your order only contains rewards that you are redeeming.

What if I forgot to log into my Gin Rewards account when making a purchase?

Well that was silly! But don't fret gin friend. Just get in contact with our customer service team, providing them with your order number and any other purchase details, and we'll help get your points assigned to your account.

How do I opt out of the program?​

You mean you don't want to earn points and redeem some delicious ginny rewards? That's your choice and we totally respect it.

To opt-out of the Four Pillars Gin Rewards program, just get in touch with our customer service team. Please note, when you opt-out you will forfeit any accumulated rewards and points.
