A lighter and fresher version of a classic Charlie Chaplin. The peach comes through as pretty and floral in this fresh, slightly sour, fruity riff. ​

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 30mL Three Peach Gin
    • 20mL peach liqueur
    • 20mL lemon juice
    • 10mL sugar syrup ​

  • METHOD

    • Combine ingredients in a tin.
    • Shake with ice. 
    • Strain into a coupe glass.
