Bloody Shiraz Negroni

This is a great fun riff on the classic Negroni. Serve this one after dinner with cheese.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 30mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
    • 30mL sweet vermouth
    • 20mL  orang liqueur
    • Orange wedge to garnish

  • METHOD

    • Combine ingredients in a tin and stir with ice
    • Strain into rocks glass
    • Garnish with orange
