The process of making great gin is an art, balancing purity of spirit and concentration of flavour. At Four Pillars Distillery we use the best stills, water and botanicals to make the world’s most delicious and awarded range of craft gins.
VISIT OUR DISTILLERY
Our distillery is located in Healesville, in Victoria's Yarra Valley, about an hour's drive from Melbourne. Visit us to taste our full range of gins, buy a limited edition, experience a masterclass or enjoy a drink in our gin garden.
MASTERCLASSES
Book a ticket and head to the Valley for a masterclass in our mezzanine space. Get hands on making gin at our Maker Session, become an expert at our Gin Masterclass or shake up a gin drink at our Cocktail Masterclass.
