How to Drink El Cuatro GIn

El Cuatro Gin is a spicy, citrus filled limited edition gin, inspired by the colours and flavours of Mexico. Perfect if you love adding bit of a ginny kick to your drinks, it's seriously delicious mixed into G&T, margaritas and more.
We've tasked our Creative Director of Gin Drinks, Nick Tesar on how to get the party started with El Cuatro and we can't wait for you to have as much fun as he did.
Start with a zesty G&T with a wedge of juicy lime (si, lime!) , then spice up the fiesta with a punchy, spice imbued margarita. Finally end on a high by shaking together a citrus filled Cantarito (the more fun cousin of a Gin Paloma).

EL CUATRO G&T
INGREDIENTS
- 45mL El Cuatro GinÂ
- 90mL good quality tonicÂ
- Fresh lime wedge
METHOD
- Add gin and tonic to a rocks glass with iceÂ
- Garnish with a slice of juicy lime
EL CUATRO GIN MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS
- 45mL EL Cuatro Gin
- 30mL lime juice
- 15mL orange liqueur
- 15mL sugar syrup
- Salt
- Lime
METHOD
- Combine gin, lime juice, liqueur and syrup into a cocktail tin
- Shake and strain into a salt rimmed coupe glass
- Garnish with lime
SPICY EL CUATRO MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS
- 45mL El Cuatro Gin
- 30mL pineapple juice
- 20mL lime juiceÂ
- 10mL agave syrup Â
- 4 dashes green hot sauce
- Salt
- Pineapple
METHOD
- Combine the gin, pineapple juice, lime juice, agave syrup and hot sauce in a tin and shake with iceÂ
- Strain into a salt rimmed rocks glass
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge
CANTARITO
INGREDIENTS
- 45mL EL Cuatro Gin
- 15mL lime juice
- 15mL orange juice
- 15mL grapefruit juice
- 5mL sugar syrup
- 1 pinch salt
- 60mL soda water
- Tajin
- Grapefruit wedge
METHOD
- Rim tall glass with tajin
- Build ingredients in glass and stir well
- Garnish with grapefruit wedge
