  • One Cart = Same gift for everyone

    Add the gifts you want into a single cart. At checkout, upload or enter your list of recipients.Gift Note will send the full contents of that cart to each recipient.

    BEST WHEN: You want every recipient to receive the exact same items in the same quantity.

    Eg: Add 10 bottles of gin + 5 recipients = each person gets 10 bottles.

  • Multiple carts = Different gifts for different groups

    Create separate carts within one order (for example, Cart A for clients, Cart B for employees).Each cart can have its own products, quantities, budgets, and recipient list.You’ll still pay once, but each cart is packed and shipped separately.

    BEST WHEN:You’re sending different gifts or different quantities to different groups of recipients.

    Eg: Cart A = 10 bottles of gin for 5 clients; Cart B = 20 bundles for 10 staff.)

  • STEP 1: Pick Your Gifts

    Pick which gins you'd like to gift and add them to your cart (you only need to add them once! We'll automatically update the number of gins in your cart when you add your recipients' info).

  • STEP 2: Add Recipients

    Add in all your recipients' details, or, if the list is too long, download our CSV template, fill it out and drop it back in to save yourself some hassle!

  • STEP 3: Write Your Message

    Add a message that will be sent by email or SMS when your gift goes out. You can write one generic message or personalise each one.

    Prefer using the CSV? You can add your messages there too.

  • STEP 4: Review & Submit 

    Check your order to make sure everything is correct, then add your own details and submit the order.

    Here, you’ll be sent to your multi-gift dashboard, where your order will be approved. From there, you can check out and pay.

  • STEP 5: track your order

    Pat yourself on the back for getting the hard work done and leave us to do the packing and sending!

How can I gift different gins/products for different people?

If you want to send different gifts to different people, you’ll need to create a separate cart for each group or individual.

We recommend you rename each cart to keep track of who you’re buying for and what they will receive.

For example, if you want to gift Bob a Rare Dry Gin, but you want to gift Sandra a Bloody Shiraz Gin, you would add Rare Dry Gin to your cart and edit the name of the cart to 'Bob,' then, click on your cart where you'll see the option to create a 'new cart.' Name your new cart 'Sandra' and add a Bloody Shiraz Gin to it. You will then need to checkout each cart separately.

How do I rename my cart?

When you select the option 'View cart' you should see an ellipsis (...) button to the right of your cart. Click on this and you should be presented with the option to rename your cart.

How do I add a gift message to my order?

Add the products you would like to send as a gift to your cart. Once you click through to the checkout page, select ‘ADD A GIFT MESSAGE’ and add a personalised message and the recipient’s email address. Choose when you would like to send your message and click ‘save message.’

Fill in the delivery details with your recipient's address, then double check that you have entered your email address and your recipient’s email address in the correct fields before completing your order.

Your gift message will be sent to your recipient at the specified time chosen by you, and the physical order will be delivered to them (or the nominated address for delivery) within our standard delivery timeframes.

Will my gift be gift-wrapped? / How will my gift arrive?

We don't currently offer a gift-wrapping service, but rest assured your goods will be beautifully packed in our recyclable modular shipping boxes, which we think look pretty schmick (even if we do say so ourselves…).

How will I know when my recipient has received their gift?

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email, which you will receive once the order has been dispatched.

Alternatively, you will receive an email from us when your order has officially been delivered to your recipient.

How can I check the delivery status of my gift?

Once we have dispatched your order, you will be emailed a tracking number that you can use to access Australia Post's tracking system. There you can see where your order is, and when it is due to arrive.

Can I make changes to the address, personalised message or products I’ve chosen after purchasing?

Unfortunately once your order has been placed, it cannot be altered. You are responsible for providing the correct information at checkout. This includes the recipient's shipping address, email address and contact number. So always double (event triple!) check before you go processing your order!

Can I use a discount code with an order I want to send as a gift?

Yes! You can use a discount code, so long as your cart meets the requirements of the particular code or relevant promotion.

Can my gift recipient return the products if they don’t want them?

Your recipient is welcome to return their gift, so long as it meets the requirements of our returns policy.

We highly encourage they get in touch with us first though so we can help them find something else they might prefer instead!

Does someone need to be home to receive the gift?

No! So long as there is a safe place to deliver their package on the premises. If not, our delivery partner will take it to the nearest post office or collection point and you will receive notification of this via your tracking emails.
