Bloody Toblerone cocktail

An indulgent and creamy cocktail by our Creative Drinks Director, Nick. Layers of amaretto and creme de cacao meet our Bloody Shiraz Gin.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 30mL Blood Shiraz Gin
    • 10mL Amaretto
    • 10mL Crème de Cacao ​
    • 10mL honey syrup
    • 20mL heavy cream
    • 10mL egg white ​
    • Microplaned or finely grated ​Toblerone
  • METHOD

    • Combine all ingredients in a tin.
    • Strain into your glass of choice (coupe or milkshake)
    • Garnish with the Toblerone

    FUN OPTIONS

    • Make in milkshake maker and serve in a milkshake glass lined with chocolate syrup
    • Use Neapolitan icecream instead of heavy cream
