Bloody Toblerone cocktail
An indulgent and creamy cocktail by our Creative Drinks Director, Nick. Layers of amaretto and creme de cacao meet our Bloody Shiraz Gin.
INGREDIENTS
- 30mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
- 10mL Amaretto
- 10mL Crème de Cacao
- 10mL honey syrup
- 20mL heavy cream or one scoop vanilla ice cream
- 10mL egg white
- Toblerone to garnish
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in a tin.
- Strain into a coupe or milkshake glass
- Garnish with Toblerone
Note
- If you have a milkshake maker, you can use this instead of a cocktail tin.
