Bloody Toblerone cocktail
An indulgent and creamy cocktail by our Creative Drinks Director, Nick. Layers of amaretto and creme de cacao meet our Bloody Shiraz Gin.
INGREDIENTS
- 30mL Blood Shiraz Gin
- 10mL Amaretto
- 10mL Crème de Cacao
- 10mL honey syrup
- 20mL heavy cream
- 10mL egg white
- Microplaned or finely grated Toblerone
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in a tin.
- Strain into your glass of choice (coupe or milkshake)
- Garnish with the Toblerone
FUN OPTIONS
- Make in milkshake maker and serve in a milkshake glass lined with chocolate syrup
- Use Neapolitan icecream instead of heavy cream
