Bloody Toblerone cocktail

An indulgent and creamy cocktail by our Creative Drinks Director, Nick. Layers of amaretto and creme de cacao meet our Bloody Shiraz Gin.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 30mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
    • 10mL Amaretto
    • 10mL Crème de Cacao ​
    • 10mL honey syrup
    • 20mL heavy cream or one scoop vanilla ice cream
    • 10mL egg white ​
    • Toblerone to garnish
  • METHOD

    • Combine all ingredients in a tin.
    • Strain into a coupe or milkshake glass
    • Garnish with Toblerone

    Note

    • If you have a milkshake maker, you can use this instead of a cocktail tin.
