Every Mardi Gras we turn our Gin Lab into the Fab Lab, a glitter-filled haven complete with cocktail specials fit for a (drag) queen. Come in and celebrate pride with a delicious drink in hand under the rainbow lights. Cowboy hats strongly encouraged!

SYDNEY MARDI GRAS PARADE DAY PARTY
We’re turning Fab Lab up a notch with drag fun featuring Daphne Gaye, DJ tunes from St Croix and fabulous ginny giveaways! Get amongst the festivities before the official Mardi Gras parade on Oxford Street (just a 15-minute walk away!).

From Tuesday to Saturday, you can sip on a specially curated menu of gin cocktails on the sunny streetside of Crown Street. Just drop in and pull up a seat. No bookings required.

$10 G&Ts & Rare Dry Gin Spritzes? Yes please. Top it off with a dish of our signature botanical-brined olives for another $5 for the ultimate happy hour. See you at the bar!

Cancellation Policy
We will hold your seats for 15 minutes and after this, your table will be forfeited. Please cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation so we can plan accordingly.
