    INGREDIENTS
    • 45mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
    • 30mL lemon juice
    • 15mL sugar syrup [1:1]
    • Dash of egg white or aquafaba
    METHOD
    • Shake all ingredients without ice
    • Shake again with ice
    • Strain into a rocks glass over ice

    INGREDIENTS
    • 45mL El Cuatro Gin
    • 30mL pineapple juice
    • 20mL lime juice

    • 4 dashes green hot sauce

    • Combine the gin, pineapple juice, lime juice, agave syrup and hot sauce in a tin and shake with ice
