Four Pillars Gin is taking over Chin Chin for a very special feast in Sydney and Melbourne. And then the roles reverse at the Distillery! Chin Chin will take over the kitchen for one night only.

Settle in for a multi-course Chin Chin menu packed with the classics, plus a few exclusive dishes created just for the occasion. Alongside it, four Four Pillars cocktails will be shaken, stirred and poured throughout the night. Delicious!

Spring is here and that means it's time for a Spritz! Luckily, our friends at QT Sydney are all over it with their special Spritz O'Clock Happy Hour, offering Four Pillars Spritzes for $10 between 4pm and 6pm. Try a Spicy Pineapple, made with Fresh Yuzu Gin, pineapple-jalapeno syrup, prosecco and soda or a Sweet Lavender, with Bloody Shiraz Gin, lavender honey syrup, prosecco and soda and top it off with a $2 oyster with mignonette for the perfect aperitivo snack.
