One of the most iconic attractions in the Yarra Ranges, Puffing Billy Railway is letting us take over their Lakeside Visitor Centre for an afternoon of gin-filled fun! From gin tastings to cocktail demos, live music and a gin-inspired dining menu, there is so much to see, drink and do. Come along to the evening session, or grab a ticket to the ultimate steam train experience and ride the train into Lakeside station from Belgrave. The InterContinental Sydney has launched a special cocktail hour experience to celebrate the building's rich heritage. Held in the old lift (the oldest working lift in the Southern Hemisphere, to be exact!), inside the Treasury Bar, you can order a mini cocktail to be mixed up while you take the heritage lift up and back. Try a Georgian Gimlet made with Fresh Yuzu Gin, citrus, sugar and sencha tea or the Atrium Negroni, made with Rare Dry Gin, Campari, vermouth and lemon myrtle.
