Every year our friends at the Gin Palace throw a huge World Gin Day party and this year is no exception! From 2:30pm, you can enjoy two for one cocktails like G&Ts, Negronis and Martinis. Later in the evening, our very own Creative Director of Gin Drinks, Nick Tesar will be working a celebrity shift in the Swamp Room, mixing up delicious Bloody Shiraz Gin drinks while a few of our distillery team play some live music. It's been eight years since we joined forces with Melbourne's Kisumé restaurant to make our first-ever Japanese-style gin, Pure Kisumé Gin and this might be your last chance to try it! With only 12 bottles remaining, the Kisumé team are hosting a special dinner dedicated to this beautiful gin. Expect a bespoke menu of sashimi, nigiri and other seasonal plates, paired with Pure Kisumé Gin cocktails inlcuding a Pear Gimlet made with Calvados Domfrontais, shio koji and pear and sancho pepper verjus. Our lovely Healesville neighbours, Balgownie Estate are hosting a one-off gin dining experience with drinks from yours truly and a shared four-course dining menu curated by Head Chef, Ben Murphy. The evening starts with canapes and Olive Leaf Gin Martinis on the deck before you settle in for a meal where each dish is carefully paired to match a different gin from our signature range. We've teamed up with our friends at Melbourne's Caretaker's Cottage to create a special house gin for their iconic House Martini. It's the one drink that never leaves the menu and the signature serve that saw them become a World's 50 Best bar in just over two years! Caretaker's Cottage House Gin is a London dry style gin with a modern Australian twist. Now pouring at Caretaker's Cottage.
