    Our lovely Healesville neighbours, Balgownie Estate are hosting a one-off gin dining experience with drinks from yours truly and a shared four-course dining menu curated by Head Chef, Ben Murphy. The evening starts with canapes and Olive Leaf Gin Martinis on the deck before you settle in for a meal where each dish is carefully paired to match a different gin from our signature range.
