Summer Gin Cocktail Recipes
Ahhh summertime. Arguably the best time of year. The vibes are high, the temperature is (ideally) higher and the gin drinks are ice-cold.
On that note, here’s a short and sweet roundup of some of our favourite gin cocktails for the hot season.

- 45mL Rare Dry Gin
- 90 - 120mL good tonic
- Orange (to garnish)
METHOD
- Add gin and tonic to a rocks glass over ice
- Garnish with an orange wedge

- 50mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
- 20mL ginger syrup (our pick: Crawley's)
- 70mL lemon squash
- Lemon (to garnish)
METHOD
- Combine all the ingredients in a Highball glass
- Top with ice and garnish with a lemon wedge

Tropical Summer Sour
Buy Rare Dry GinINGREDIENTS
- 40mL Rare Dry Gin
- 15mL pineapple liqueur (our pick: Marionette)
- 15mL coconut syrup (our pick: Crawley's)
- 15mL orange juice
- 15mL lemon juice
- Orange (to garnish)
METHOD
- Combine all the ingredients in a tin with ice and shake
- Strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with an orange wedge

- 25mL lemon or lime juice
- 20mL sugar syrup
- 60mL soda water
- 8 mint leaves
