Ahhh summertime. Arguably the best time of year. The vibes are high, the temperature is (ideally) higher and the gin drinks are ice-cold. 

On that note, here’s a short and sweet roundup of some of our favourite gin cocktails for the hot season.

    • Add gin and tonic to a rocks glass over ice
    • Garnish with an orange wedge

    INGREDIENTS
    METHOD
    • Combine all the ingredients in a Highball glass
    • Top with ice and garnish with a lemon wedge

    Bloody Mojito

    INGREDIENTS
    • 50mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
    • 25mL lemon or lime juice
    • 20mL sugar syrup
    • 60mL soda water
    • 8 mint leaves
    • Mint sprig (to garnish)
    METHOD
    • Combine all the ingredients except soda water in a tin and shake with ice
    • Strain into a Highball glass and top with soda
    • Garish with a mint sprig
