LANEWAY ESPRESSO GIN MARTINI

Martinis (made with gin) are simply one of our favourite cocktails. There are so many variations, and they always hit the spot. We've been a little busy at the Distillery, coffees from dawn to dusk. And this Espresso Marga-tini has been the post-work ginny cocktail of choice. Smooth and aromatic, it's made with our latest limited-edition craft gin: Melbourne Laneway.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 40mL Melbourne Laneway Gin
    • 20mL Broken Bean Coffee Liqueur
    • 10mL Crawley's Vanilla Syrup
    • 30mL espresso coffee

  • METHOD

    • Combine Melbourne Laneway Gin and other ingredients in a tin and shake with ice.
    • Strain into a coupe glass ​
    • Garnish with a dusting of cocoa powder if you're feeling fancy

    Affogato Martini Recipe:

    To make an Affogato Martini (because YUM!), simply add all ingredients to a blender with 3 ice cubes (opr a scoop of vanilla ice-cream) and blend until whipped. Serve in a chilled coupe glass.
