Christmas Strawberry Cup COCKTAIL RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
- 500mL Australian Christmas Gin
- 100mL orange liqueur
- 200mL strawberry syrup*
- 200mL orange juice
- 200mL lemon juice
- 700mL soda water
- Lemon
- Mint
- Strawberries
- Icing sugar

METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in a punchbowl and top with ice
- Garnish with wedges of lemon, sprigs of mint and half strawberries
- Lightly dust with icing sugar
*To make strawberry syrup:
- Combine 500g caster sugar, 500g frozen strawberries and 100mL water in a container, allowing strawberries 24 hours to defrost and bleed.
- Stir and strain into a bottle and refrigerate to chill (will keep for two weeks)
