Christmas Strawberry Cup COCKTAIL RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
- 500mL Australian Christmas Gin Â
- 100mL orange liqueur Â
- 200mL strawberry syrup*Â Â
- 200mL orange juice Â
- 200mL lemon juice Â
- 700mL soda water Â
- Lemon Â
- Mint Â
- StrawberriesÂ
- Icing sugar

METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in a punchbowl and top with iceÂ
- Garnish with wedges of lemon, sprigs of mint and half strawberriesÂ
- Lightly dust with icing sugarÂ
*To make strawberry syrup:
- Combine 500g caster sugar, 500g frozen strawberries and 1000mL water in a container, allowing strawberries 24 hours to defrost and bleed. Â
- Stir and strain into a bottle and refrigerate to chill (will keep for two weeks)
