Floral, fruity, with plenty of zest, this gin Spritz is made for spring, summer and everything in between. ​The citrusy kick is thanks to our Fresh Yuzu Gin and a dash of Crawleys Yuzu Syrup. Marionette's Elderflower Liqueur balances it all out, with delicate honeyed apple notes bringing in a balmy sweetness,

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 45mL Fresh Yuzu Gin ​
    • 30mL soda water​
    • 15mL Crawleys Yuzu Syrup
    • 15mL Marionette Elderflower Syrup
    • 90mL sparkling wine
    • Lemon & mint (garnish)

  • METHOD

    • Layer all ingredients in wine glass.
    • Top with ice. 
    • Garnish with sprig of mint and lemon slice,
