Coffee Gin Negroni

A rich, gin-focused take on the bitter-sweet Italian aperitivo classic.

The aromatic, coffee-infused flavour of Melbourne Laneway lends a savoury depth to an already delicious mix.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 30mL Melbourne Laneway Gin
    • 20mL sweet vermouth​
    • 20mL bitter orange liqueur (we like campari)
    • 10mL coffee liqueur

  • METHOD

    • Combine ingredients in a tin and stir
    • Strain into a rocks glass
    • Top with ice and garnish with a juicy slice of orange.
