What is Croissant Gin?
Croissant Gin is the result of two Melbourne-born brands with a shared love for craft, flavour and local ingredients, coming together to create pure, delicious magic, which comes in the form of a deliciously silky gin with a buttery mouthfeel and a touch of warm spice.
To create the base of the gin, we looked to nuts, spice and Lune’s caramel-smelling clarified butter to help create warmth and a silky mouthfeel. Into the pot of the still went vanilla pods, macadamia nuts, roasted wattle seed, nutmeg and lemon myrtle, along with almonds roasted in our distillery kitchen (the roasting makes the crystallised sugar come through in the distillation) and Lune’s clarified butter. Then, the botanical basket was loaded up with organic fresh oranges to help bring some brightness and balance to the gin.
The Ultimate Brunch Gin
This silky gin is perfect in a simple G&T or a brunch-inspired cocktail. But be warned - this is a limited-edition release, so it won't last long!
