
SAZERAC COCKTAIL RECIPE
A nod to the classic American cocktail. An aniseed-spiked Old Fashioned style drink. Grunty, yet subtle.

INGREDIENTS
- 50mL Whiskey Barrel Gin
- 30mL water
- 10mL sugar syrup
- 5mL absinthe (or pastis)
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Lemon

METHOD
- Add absinthe and water to a rocks glass and set aside
- Combine all remaining ingredients in a mixing glass over ice and stir
- Pour absinthe water out of the rocks glass and strain cocktail into the glass
- Garnish with a lemon twist
