  • BLOODY SHIRAZ GIN & TONIC

    INGREDIENTS
    METHOD
    • Add Bloody Shiraz Gin and tonic to a rocks glass over ice
    • Garnish with a wedge of lemon
  • BLOODY SPRITZ

    INGREDIENTS
    • 30mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
    • 30mL ruby red grapefruit juice
    • 30mL soda water
    • 90mL sparkling wine
    • Grapefruit
    METHOD
    • Add the ingredients to a wine glass over ice, topping with the sparkling wine
    • Garnish with a slice of grapefruit
  • BLOODY FLORADORA

    INGREDIENTS
    • 50mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
    • 25mL fresh lime juice 
    • 60mL ginger beer 
    • 10mL raspberry cordial 
    • Lime hull 
    METHOD
    • Squeeze lime juice into a shaker and reserve the hull
    • Add gin, cordial and ice to the shaker, shake, then strain into a Highball glass
    • Add ginger beer, ice and garnish with the lime hull
  • BLOODY SOUR

    INGREDIENTS
    • 45mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
    • 30mL lemon juice
    • 15mL sugar syrup [1:1]
    • Dash of egg white or aquafaba
    METHOD
    • Add all ingredients to a shaker
    • Shake all ingredients without ice
    • Shake again with ice
    • Strain into a rocks glass over ice
  • BLOODY PALOMA

    INGREDIENTS
    • 45mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
    • 15mL grapefruit juice 
    • 10mL sugar syrup 
    • Soda water  
    • Grapefruit​
    METHOD
    • Add gin, grapefruit juice and sugar syrup to a highball glass over ice
    • Top with soda water and garnish with a grapefruit slice
  • BLOODY MOJITO

    INGREDIENTS
    • 50mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
    • 25mL lime or lemon juice ​
    • 20mL sugar syrup​
    • 8 mint leaves​
    • 60mL soda water​
    • Extra mint to garnish​​
    METHOD
    • Combine all ingredients except soda water in a tin and shake with ice
    • Strain into a highball glass over ice and top with soda water
    • Garnish with a mint sprig
