A rich, indulgent take on the classic Charlie Chaplin cocktail. It uses our cult Bloody Shiraz Gin, which makes everything better. Easy to make at home, we recommend serving this one with a cheese platter and some friends who love a chat.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 30mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
    • 20mL lime juice
    • 20mL apricot brandy liqueur /
    • Orange wedge to garnish

  • METHOD

    • Combine ingredients in a tin and stir with ice
    • Strain into rocks glass
    • Garnish with orange
