Mont Blanc Cocktail

Inspired by the iconic (and viral) Mont Blanc coffee, which was created at Melbourne coffee shop, Good Measure.

The aromatic, slightly savoury gin in this cocktail riff is balanced by the cloud of sweetened whipped cream.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 30mL Melbourne Laneway Gin
    • 120mL hot brewed coffee (chilled)
    • 45mL heavy cream
    • 10mL vanilla syrup

  • METHOD

    • Combine Melbourne Laneway Gin and coffee in a highball glass
    • Whip cream and vanilla together in a separate container until soft peaks form
    • Pour over the mix in highball glass, creating a layer on top
    • Garnish with finely zested orange and nutmeg
