Halloween is the best (and most ridiculous) holiday of the year because it gives you the perfect excuse to drink cocktails that look like human blood.

With that said, here are five Bloody Shiraz gin cocktail recipes we think would make for a (bloody) good time, whether you’re on Halloween party hosting duties or just looking for a cocktail to celebrate the spooky season.

HALLOWEEN PUNCH

    • Add gin, pomegranate juice and prosecco to a punch bowl with ice
    • Garnish with lemon wheels, orange slices and fresh rosemary sprigs

BLOODY SHIRAZ GHOUL

  • INGREDIENTS

  • METHOD

    • Squeeze lime juice, reserving the hull
    • Shake gin and lime juice over ice, then strain into a highball glass
    • Add ginger beer, ice and garnish with the lime hull

    • Mix gin and lemonade in a highball over ice
    • Squeeze in two wedges of lemon
