HOW TO CELEBRATE NEGRONI WEEK WITH FOUR PILLARS

Negroni Week 2024 officially kicks off on Monday 16 September and runs to Sunday 22 September.

As self-proclaimed Negroni experts, we think we know a thing or two about celebrating this holy grail of gin cocktails (we did go and make a gin just for it, you know...). So, with that said, here is the Four Pillars guide to Negroni Week 2024. From drinking Negronis in your home to enjoying Negronis (for a good cause) in our homes, and to top it all off, our Co-founder, Cam is set to co-host a very special Negroni gin dinner at AALIA in Sydney on Wednesday 25 September.

    HEALESVILLE DISTILLERY

    More Negroni specials are on the menu at our Healesville Distillery, with goodies like Italian Job, made with Rare Dry Gin, chinotto, blood orange, olive herb and bitter orange.

    As with our Sydney Lab, $2 from every Negroni ordered during Negroni Week will be donated to Slow Food, a global network of local communities and activists working to provide good, clean and fair food for all.

NEGRONIS ACROSS SYDNEY

    GIN DINNER AT AALIA

    Enjoy a Negroni-inspired, three-course meal at Sydney restaurant, AALIA on Wednesday 25 September, hosted by our Co-founder, Cam and Brand Ambassador, Sam Hulston.

    Each course, created by Head Chef, Paul Farag, has been paired with a matching bespoke Negroni, like the AALIA Negroni, made with Fresh Yuzu Gin, vermouth, barley, jasmine, Campari and bitters.

    MONTH-LONG NEGRONI SPECIALS

    Why stop at a week of Negronis when you can celebrate for a whole month? That's what a few of our favourite Sydney venues are doing, with the likes of NOUR, AALIA, Ito, Henrietta and LILYMU all serving up a bespoke Negroni special, created in collaboration with our Creative Drinks Director, Nick Tesar, all September long.


    Plus, on weekdays between 12pm to 6pm, you can grab a classic Four Pillars Spiced Negroni for just $15 at any of these venues.
