INGREDIENTS
- 45mL Wild Isle GinÂ
- 30mL dry vermouth Â
- 2 dashes saline solution (or a very small pinch of salt)Â Â
- 1 dash absinthe Â
- Pickled onionÂ

METHOD
- Combine the gin, vermouth, saline and absinthe in a mixing glass with ice and stirÂ
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glassÂ
- Garnish with a pickled onionÂ
