CHRISTMAS PUNCH COCKTAIL RECIPES
To help take the pressure out of Christmas, we’re letting you in on a little gin secret that’ll have you serving up delicious drinks without needing so much as a cocktail shaker:
Christmas. Gin. Punch.
A simple yet brilliant way to batch up drinks for up to 12 guests in one go. And all you need is a few simple ingredients starting with Australian Christmas Gin, sparkling wine and soda water, plus whatever festive fruits you can get your hands on!

Christmas Strawberry Cup
INGREDIENTS
- 500mL Australian Christmas Gin
- 100mL orange liqueur
- 200mL strawberry syrup*
- 200mL orange juice
- 200mL lemon juice
- 700mL soda water
- Lemon
- Mint
- Strawberries
- Icing sugar
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in a punchbowl and top with ice
- Garnish with wedges of lemon, sprigs of mint and half strawberries
- Lightly dust with icing sugar
*To make strawberry syrup:
- Combine 500g caster sugar, 500g frozen strawberries and 100mL water in a container, allowing strawberries 24 hours to defrost and bleed.
- Stir and strain into a bottle and refrigerate to chill (will keep for two weeks)

CHRISTMAS GIN PUNCH
INGREDIENTS
- 300mL Australian Christmas Gin
- 900mL sparkling wine
- 300mL fresh lemon juice
- 200mL soda water
- 150mL Aperol
- 50mL orgeat
- Orange
- Lemon
- Berries
METHOD
- Mix gin, lemon juice, Aperol and orgeat in a bowl over ice
- Top with sparkling wine and soda
- Garnish with berries and slices of orange and lemon

PAV PUNCH
INGREDIENTS
- 700mL Australian Christmas Gin
- 750mL Champagne or sparkling wine
- 700mL soda water
- 500mL Fino Sherry
- 300mL fresh lemon juice
- 300mL sugar syrup [1:1]
- Passionfruit
- Orange
- Lemon
- Berries
- Mint
METHOD
- Pour all ingredients, except fizzy stuff, into a punch bowl
- Leave to refrigerate ahead of time (this step can be done well in advance)
- Before serving add fizzy stuff, ice and stir
- Garnish gradually with passionfruit hulls, orange and lemon wheels, fresh berries, mint

COLADA PUNCH
INGREDIENTS
- 500mL Australian Christmas Gin
- 500mL coconut water
- 250mL sparkling wine
- 250mL pineapple juice
- Juice of three limes
- Pineapple
- Lime
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients in a punch bowl over ice
- Garnish with pineapple and lime

CHRISTMAS CUP
INGREDIENTS
- 500mL Australian Christmas Gin
- 750mL dry ginger ale
- 750mL lemonade
- Cucumber
- Lemon
- Mint
- Strawberries
METHOD
- Combine Australian Christmas Gin, dry ginger ale and lemonade in your favourite jug or carafe and top with ice
- Garnish with wedges of lemon, ribbons of cucumber, sprigs of mint and half strawberries

DAY SPA NON-ALC PUNCH
INGREDIENTS
- 700mL Bandwagon Dry
- 700mL mineral spring water or filtered tap water
- 250mL elderflower cordial
- 2 lemons, cut into wheels
- 1 sleeve of mint
METHOD
- Build ingredients in a carafe over ice and stir together
- Serve up!
