TOM COLLINS GIN COCKTAIL RECIPE

This classic cocktail dates back to the nineteenth century, using a sweeter Old Tom style of gin.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 50mL Rare Dry Gin 
    • 25mL fresh lemon juice 
    • 15mL sugar syrup  
    • Soda water 
    • Lemon

  • METHOD

    • Shake the gin, lemon and sugar syrup over ice
    • Strain into a Highball glass with ice
    • Top with soda water 
    • Garnish with a wheel of lemon
