Rare Old Tom Collins

A nod to the original prankster and the perfect classic Old Tom Gin cocktail.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 50mL Rare Old Tom Gin
    • 30mL fresh lemon juice
    • 20mL sugar syrup [1:1]
    • Soda water
    • Lemon
    • Cherry (optional)

  • METHOD

    • Shake the first three ingredients and fine strain into a soda-primed glass
    • Add ice and top with another hit of soda water
    • Garnish with a lemon wheel and cherry (if you’re up forit!)
