- 45mLÂ Green Apple & Rhubarb Gin
 - 100mL soda water
 - Green apple
 - Lemon
 
 - 
            
METHOD
- Build in a highball glass over ice
 - Garnish with a slice of green apple and lemon
 
 
50/50 MARTINI
A bright, clean & juicy take on the classic Martini. The natural juiciness of Green Apple & Rhubarb Gin and added roundness of this Martini style creates a delicious sipper.

- 30mLÂ Green Apple & Rhubarb Gin
 - 30mL Lillet Blanc
 - 2 dashes orange bitters
 - Orange

METHOD
- Stir ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
 - Garnish with an orange twist
 
 
RHUBARB CRUMBLE SOUR
Juicy, tart and plump, this patio pounder will take you back to your favourite rhubarb crumble.

INGREDIENTS
- 45mLÂ Green Apple & Rhubarb Gin
 - 20mL fresh lemon juice
 - 10mL rhubarb liqueur [Rhubi or Aperol will also work]
 - 10mL sugar syrup
 - 1 cheek Granny Smith apple
 - Dash of egg white
 - Apple
 - Cinnamon sugar
 
 - 
            
METHOD
- Muddle apple in base of cocktail shaker
 - Add remaining ingredients
 - Shake over ice and fine strain into a rocks glass with ice
 - Garnish with an apple slice & a dusting of cinnamon sugar

- 45mLÂ Green Apple & Rhubarb Gin
 - 10mLÂ Bloody Shiraz Gin
 - 10mL fresh lemon juice
 - 10mL fresh lime juice
 - 10mL fresh orange juice
 - 4-6 mint leaves
 - Cucumber
 - Berries
 - Orange
 - Apple
 - Any other herbs or fruits from the garden

METHOD
- Place mint and Bloody Shiraz Gin in the base of a pewter cup or julep tin and gently press
 - Build remaining ingredients into a cup or tin over ice and stir
 - Garnish with a crown of mint, fresh berries, cucumber ribbons, orange and apple
