
Communal Christmas Cooler
Inspired by a love of fortified wine and Christmas lunch on a farm, next to Grandma’s rose garden. Fresh, vibrant and great for the family (adults only, obvs) to share.

Ingredients
- 450mL Australian Christmas Gin
- 150mL Fino Sherry
- 200mL lemon juice
- 200mL rose syrup (we recommend Crawley’s)
- 500mL soda water
- Lemon
- Mint

METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl and top with ice
- Garnish with lemon wheels and mint sprigs
- Ladle into a glass with ice and serve
