Strawberry Smash Gin Cocktail Recipe

A fun, fresh and vibrant cocktail, ideal for summer sipping and the start of the festive season.

  • Ingredients

    • 50mL Australian Christmas Gin 
    • 20mL lemon Juice 
    • 15mL simple syrup 
    • 2 strawberries 
    • 6 mint leaves 
    • 60mL soda water 

  • METHOD

    • Combine all ingredients (except soda) in a tin and shake with ice 
    • Strain into a Highball glass and add soda water 
    • Top with ice and garnish with a mint sprig and half a strawberry
