  • INGREDIENTS

    • 60mL Chardonnay Barrel Gin
    • 5mL sugar syrup [1:1]
    • 2 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters
    • Orange

  • METHOD

    • Stir and strain into rocks over a block of ice
    • Garnish with an orange twist
