  • INGREDIENTS

    • 35mL Chardonnay Barrel Gin
    • 10mL Lillet Blanc
    • 7.5mL Aperol
    • 7.5mL Clear Crème de Menthe 
    • Lemon twist

  • METHOD

    • Stir all ingredients and strain into a chilled coupette
    • Garnish with a lemon twist
