BLOODY SHIRAZ GIN & TONIC
INGREDIENTS
- 45mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
- 100mL good tonic
- Lemon
METHOD
- Add Bloody Shiraz Gin and tonic to a rocks glass over ice
- Garnish with a wedge of lemon

BLOODY SPRITZ
INGREDIENTS
- 30mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
- 30mL ruby red grapefruit juice
- 30mL soda water
- 90mL sparkling wine
- Grapefruit
METHOD
- Add the ingredients to a wine glass over ice, topping with the sparkling wine
- Garnish with a slice of grapefruit

BLOODY BLACK MARTINEZ
INGREDIENTS
- 40mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
- 10mL Amaro
- 10mL sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Orange
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in a tin
- Stir with ice and strain into a coupe glass
- Garnish with an orange twist

WINTER FIZZ
INGREDIENTS
- 50mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
- 15mL fresh lime juice
- 15mL Maraschino liqueur
- 1 egg white (or some aquafaba)
- Grapefruit soda
- Lime
METHOD
- Shake the first four ingredients over ice
- Strain into a Highball glass over ice and top with grapefruit soda
- Garnish with a lime wheel

BLOODY FLORADORA
INGREDIENTS
- 50mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
- 25mL fresh lime juice
- 60mL ginger beer
- 10mL raspberry cordial
- Lime hull
METHOD
- Squeeze lime juice into a shaker and reserve the hull
- Add gin, cordial and ice to the shaker, shake, then strain into a Highball glass
- Add ginger beer, ice and garnish with the lime hull

BLOODY TODDY
INGREDIENTS
- 50mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
- 15mL honey
- 1 tbs mixed spice*
- 150mL hot water
- 1 hibiscus tea bag
- Lemon
METHOD
- Build the first four ingredients in a heat-proof vessel and stir
- Add the hibiscus tea bag and steep for three minutes
- Remove the tea bag and strain liquid into your favourite hot beverage vessel
- Garnish with a lemon wheel
*To prepare mixed spice, place a bay leaf, sprig of rosemary and anise pod in a cheese cloth or tie together.
