BLOODY SHIRAZ GIN & TONIC

This is a classic gin drink, perfect for any occasion. Combining the finest Victorian Shiraz grapes with a simple tonic and wedge of citrus, a Bloody G&T strikes the perfect balance between sweet fruitiness and slight bitterness. It’s an easy gin drink that might even convince your non-gin-drinking friends that they are gin fans after all!

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 45mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
    • 100mL good tonic
    • Lemon
  • METHOD

    • Add Bloody Shiraz Gin and tonic to a Rocks glass over ice
    • Garnish with a wedge of lemon

BLOODY SPRITZ

Get ready to elevate your Spritz game with our Bloody Spritz cocktail! This drink is a burst of pure joy in a glass, combining the deliciousness of ruby red grapefruit juice with the perfect combo of bubbles, creating a brilliantly pink party-starter.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 30mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
    • 30mL ruby red grapefruit juice
    • 30mL soda water
    • 90mL sparkling wine
    • Grapefruit
  • METHOD

    • Add the ingredients to a wine glass over ice, topping with the sparkling wine
    • Garnish with a slice of grapefruit

BLOODY BLACK MARTINEZ

This is a cross between a Black Manhattan, a dark spirit drink with the addition of Amaro, and a Martinez, the precursor to a Martini. It combines the two to compliment the Bloody Shiraz Gin with Amaro and vermouth in a wintry, Martini-like serve. Slightly sweet, bitter and boozy!

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 40mL Bloody Shiraz Gin 
    • 10mL Amaro 
    • 10mL sweet vermouth 
    • 2 dashes orange bitters 
    • Orange 
  • METHOD

    • Combine all ingredients in a tin 
    • Stir with ice and strain into a coupe glass 
    • Garnish with an orange twist 

BLOODY FLORADORA

Pure purple deliciousness in a glass, with sweet fruit, spicy ginger and zingy lime.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 50mL Bloody Shiraz Gin 
    • 25mL fresh lime juice 
    • 60mL ginger beer 
    • 10mL raspberry cordial 
    • Lime hull 
  • METHOD

    • Squeeze lime juice into a shaker and reserve the hull 
    • Add gin, cordial and ice to the shaker, shake, then strain into a Highball glass 
    • Add ginger beer, ice and garnish with the lime hull

WINTER FIZZ

Embrace the cold with this Winter Fizz cocktail, a bloody brilliant blend of flavours that basically takes our iconic Bloody Sour recipe to the next level. The sweetness of our Bloody Shiraz Gin is balanced by the tangy zest of lime juice, while the Maraschino liqueur adds a touch of sophistication to the mix. The velvety egg white brings a luxurious froth that enhances both texture and taste, but you can always swap this out for some aquafaba if that's you're preference!

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 50mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
    • 15mL fresh lime juice
    • 15mL Maraschino liqueur
    • 1 egg white (or some aquafaba)
    • Grapefruit soda
    • Lime
  • METHOD

    • Shake the first four ingredients over ice
    • Strain into a Highball glass over ice and top with grapefruit soda
    • Garnish with a lime wheel

BLOODY TODDY

Feeling cold this winter? Looking for a warm winter cocktail? This Bloody Toddy is about to become your best friend. This delicious gin cocktail blends amazing flavours like honey, mixed spice, and steaming hot water topped with a hibiscus tea bag and a zesty lemon twist. Sip it by the fireside with your favourite pair of gloves on (optional, of course).

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 50mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
    • 15mL honey
    • 1 tbs mixed spice*
    • 150mL hot water
    • 1 hibiscus tea bag
    • Lemon
  • METHOD

    • Shake gin, lemon juice and peach liqueur over ice, then fine strain into a flute
    • Top with soda water or sparkling wine
    • Garnish with a peach slice
