HOW TO DRINK YOUR NEW GO-TO GIN
For our latest limited-edition gin release with the legends at Go-To Skincare, we decided to give My New Go-To Gin a full makeover from the inside out. We love brightness. We love freshness. We love a G&T. And boy, did Cam deliver.
We’ve combined the big, bright flavours of yuzu, lime, coriander seeds and lemon myrtle to bring that zing. And then we’ve taken that gin and infused quandong, a native Australian peach from Western Australia, to bring that big fat hit of peach.
Needless to say, it’s destined to become your new Go-To Gin. And now for the peachy drinks!
SKIN & TONIC
Deliciously fruity and vibrant, entirely quaffable!

INGREDIENTS
- 45mL My New Go-To Gin
- 100mL tonic or soda
- White peach or pear

METHOD
- Add gin and mixer to a glass over ice
- Garnish with a slice of peach or lemon
PEACH FUZZ
A lighter and brighter Spritz than your ole’ friend, the Aperol spritz. Fruity and fresh, with a light bitterness. ‘Tis a cracking aperitif.

INGREDIENTS
- 20mL My New Go-To Gin
- 10mL peach liqueur
- 10mL Aperol
- 90mL sparkling wine
- 30mL soda water
- Peach
- Thyme

METHOD
- Build ingredients in a wine glass and fill with ice
- Garnish with a thyme sprig and a peach slice
MINT TO BE
It's the gin version of a Mojito! A party starter that’s bound to be a smash (pun definitely intended).

INGREDIENTS
- 60mL My New Go-To Gin
- 20mL lemon juice
- 15mL sugar syrup
- Half a peach (cut up into chunks)
- 6 mint leaves

METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake
- Pour into a rocks glass, then garnish with a mint sprig
PEACHY KEEN BELLINI

INGREDIENTS
- 45mL My New Go-To Gin
- 15mL peach liqueur
- 10mL lemon juice
- Sparkling wine (or soda water)
- Peach

METHOD
- Shake gin, lemon juice and peach liqueur over ice, then fine strain into a flute
- Top with soda water or sparkling wine
- Garnish with a peach slice
SOUR HOUR

INGREDIENTS
- 45mL My New Go-To Gin
- 20mL peach liqueur
- 15mL ruby grapefruit juice
- 15mL egg whites or aquafaba
- 3 dashes bitters
- Grapefruit

METHOD
- Shake all ingredients together with ice
- Strain into a rocks glass over ice
- Garnish with a grapefruit twist
