Christmas Coffee Colada COCKTAIL RECIPE

A refreshing, caffeinated pick-me-up to save you from the post-Christmas lunch slump.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 40mL Australian Christmas Gin  
    • 30mL coconut water  
    • 15mL sugar syrup  
    • 30mL cold brew coffee  
    • Soda 
    • Lemon 
  • METHOD

    • Combine the gin, coconut water, sugar syrup and cold brew coffee in a Highball glass and add ice 
    • Top with soda and garnish with a wedge of lemon
