WHITE NEGRONI COCKTAIL RECIPE

This might surprise you, but not all Negronis are red!

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 30mL Rare Dry Gin
    • 30mL Suze
    • 30mL Lillet Blanc Aperitif (or any white aromatised wine)
    • Grapefruit

  • METHOD

    • Layer ingredients over ice in a short glass
    • Mix with a tall spoon
    • Garnish with a slice of grapefruit
