HOW TO DRINK STICKY CARPET GIN
This gin was madefor a nostalgic, pub-inspired serve. Ginny lemon lime bitters, anyone?
Sticky Carpet Gin first launched back in 2019 to celebrate the Espy’s re-opening. Since then, both our team and the Espy’s bar team have received countless requests to bring it back. And now, the time has finally come. Made with Little Creatures Pale Ale and hops, the gin is beautifully balanced with a dense canvas of resiny juniper and deep brown spice notes. There’s a chewy, malty hops character that’s hangs on from the macadamia nut and overall, it’s a touch fruity with a bright citrus note.
It's perfect in a G&T with a wheel of lime, or try your hand at one of these pub-inspired serves whipped up by our Creative Director of Gin Drinks, Nick Tesar. Who doesn't love the sound of a ginny Lemon Lime and Bitters Sour?
