HOW TO DRINK STICKY CARPET GIN
This gin was madefor a nostalgic, pub-inspired serve. Ginny lemon lime bitters, anyone?
Sticky Carpet Gin first launched back in 2019 to celebrate the Espy’s re-opening. Since then, both our team and the Espy’s bar team have received countless requests to bring it back. And now, the time has finally come. Made with Little Creatures Pale Ale and hops, the gin is beautifully balanced with a dense canvas of resiny juniper and deep brown spice notes. There’s a chewy, malty hops character that’s hangs on from the macadamia nut and overall, it’s a touch fruity with a bright citrus note.

STICKY & TONIC
Bold spice and light citrus, a classic pub G&T.

- 45mL Sticky Carpet GinÂ
- 120mL dry tonic Â
- LimeÂ

METHOD
- Combine gin and tonic in a glass and top with iceÂ
- Garnish with a lime wheelÂ
PINK LEMONADE SPIDER
The grown-up version of your favourite childhood drink and your newest guilty pleasure.

INGREDIENTS
- 45mL Sticky Carpet GinÂ
- 10mL raspberry cordialÂ
- 90mL lemonadeÂ
- 1 scoop vanilla ice creamÂ

METHOD
- Combine gin and cordial in a glass and top with lemonadeÂ
- Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and serve with a spoonÂ
GIN & CORDIAL
Reminiscent of a 90s soft drink. Sweet, fresh and zesty.

- 15mL orange cordialÂ
- 5mL lemon juiceÂ
- 90mL sodaÂ
- OrangeÂ

METHOD
- Combine gin, orange cordial and lemon juice in a glass Â
- Add ice and top with soda Â
- Stir and garnish with an orange wedgeÂ
LEMON LIME & BITTERS SOUR
A classic Gin Sour meets lemon lime and bitters. Sweet, bitter and fluffy.

- 60mL Sticky Carpet GinÂ
- 25mL lemon juiceÂ
- 15mL lime cordialÂ
- 1 egg whiteÂ
- Aromatic bittersÂ

METHOD
- Combine gin, lemon juice, lime cordial and egg white in a tin and shakeÂ
- Add ice and shake againÂ
- Pour 3 dashes of aromatic bitters around the side of a glass Â
- Strain cocktail into the glass and top with iceÂ
