If you’ve always wanted to know how to make a Drop Martini, then we’re going to do one better and show you how to make a Yuzu Drop Martini. 

A Drop Martini is usually all about the lemon but in this Four Pillars twist on a classic, we’re doubling down on the citrus and adding an extra layer of zestiness! 

For this gin drink we recommend rimming your glass with sugar as a little treat for your tastebuds before the real flavour begins. Enjoy!

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 60mL Fresh Yuzu Gin
    • 20mL fresh lemon juice
    • 10mL sugar syrup [1:1]
    • 10mL triple sec
    • Caster sugar
  • METHOD

    • Rim a chilled cocktail glass with caster sugar
    • Stir ingredients over ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass
