A VERY FANCY SOUR GIN COCKTAIL RECIPE

Inspired by a classic drink called a Delicious Sour, apple & spice sit along the grape flavours.

INGREDIENTS
- 45ml Bloody Applejack Pinot Noir Gin Single Vineyard Gin
- 15ml Apple Juice
- 5ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 1 dash aromatic bitters
- 15ml Egg White or Alternative
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in a tin and shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.
