PEGU CLUB GIN COCKTAIL RECIPE

One of the gin cocktail classics. Originating from the bar of the same name in 1920’s Burma. A guaranteed hit.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 50mL Spice Trade Gin
    • 20mL Triple sec (Cointreau, Pierre Ferrand or DeKuyper will do)
    • 20mL fresh lime juice
    • 2 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters
    • Lime
  • METHOD

    • Shake and strain into chilled cocktail glass
    • Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of your glass
