PEGU CLUB GIN COCKTAIL RECIPE
One of the gin cocktail classics. Originating from the bar of the same name in 1920’s Burma. A guaranteed hit.

INGREDIENTS
- 50mL Spice Trade Gin
- 20mL Triple sec (Cointreau, Pierre Ferrand or DeKuyper will do)
- 20mL fresh lime juice
- 2 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters
- Lime

- Shake and strain into chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of your glass
