Bloody Shiraz Gin is not like our other gins, and there’s one question we get asked a lot - How do you bloody drink it?
So we tasked our Brand Ambassador, Sam with heading into some of our favourite Sydney bars to ask the pros, a.k.a. your friendly bartenders, this exact question. And their answers did not disappoint.

THE KANGAROO ROUTE
Book Dulcie'sMade by: Dylan, Bar Manager at Dulcie's
INGREDIENTS:- 30mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
- 20mL DNA Distillery Gold Rakija
- 15mL fresh lime juice
- 10mL grenadine
- 1 barspoon absinthe
- Lime
METHOD:
- Add ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake
- Double strain into a Nick & Nora's glass
- Garnish with a lime coin

BLOODY SENSATION

INGREDIENTS:- 30mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
- 15mL bianco vermouth
- 15mL Campari
- Dash of absinthe
- Soda
- Mint sprig
- Lemon
METHOD:
- Build gin, vermouth, Campari and absinthe into a chilled Highball glass
- Add ice and top with soda
- Garnish with a mint sprig and lemon wedge

BLOODY GRAPEFRUIT

INGREDIENTS:- 45mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
- 90mL Sodasmith Grapefruit Soda
- Orange
METHOD:
- Build gin and soda in a Highball glass
- Top with ice
- Garnish with a fresh orange slice

BLOODY GIMLET

INGREDIENTS:- 50mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
- 25mL fresh lime juice
- 15mL sugar syrup
- Lime
METHOD:
- Add ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake
- Strain into a coupe glass
- Garnish with a wedge of lime

BLOODY & PROSECCO

INGREDIENTS:- 30mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
- 90mL prosecco
METHOD:
- Add gin to a flute glass and top with prosecco
- Enjoy!

BLOODY-MOTXO
Book Opera BarMade by: Ciaran, Beverage Lead, Solotel Group/Opera Bar
INGREDIENTS:- 45mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
- 15mL fresh lime juice
- Cola
- Pinch of salt
- Lime husk (to garnish)
METHOD:
- Add gin to a Highball glass and squeeze in the juice of half a lime
- Add ice and top with cola
- Add a dash of salt and garnish with the used lime husk
