Gin Garden Cup Cocktail Recipe
An ode to the original garden cup, hero-ing the vibrancy of Green Apple & Rhubarb Gin with the juiciness of Bloody Shiraz Gin.

INGREDIENTS - SERVES ONE
- 45mL Green Apple & Rhubarb Gin
- 10mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
- 10mL fresh lemon juice
- 10mL fresh lime juice
- 10mL fresh orange juice
- 4 - 6 mint leaves
- Cucumber
- Berries
- Orange
- Apple
- Any other herbs or fruits from the garden

METHOD
- Place mint and Bloody Shiraz Gin in the base of a pewter cup or julep tin and gently press
- Build remaining ingredients into a cup or tin over ice and stir
- Garnish with a crown of mint, fresh berries, cucumber ribbons, orange and apple

INGREDIENTS - SERVES FOUR
- 200mL Green Apple & Rhubarb Gin
- 50mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
- 200mL soda water
- 50mL fresh lemon juice
- 50mL fresh lime juice
- 50mL fresh orange juice
- 1 bunch mint leaves
- Berries
- Cucumber, cut into ribbons
- Orange, cut into crescents
- Apple, sliced thinly
- Any other herbs or fruits from your garden

METHOD
- Build gin, juice, soda water and mint in a pitcher, jug or punchbowl (whatever you have handy)
- Add in ice and stir
- Garnish with berries, cucumber, orange, apple and any additional herbs
- Pour into a rocks glass over ice to serve and enjoy!
