Sydney pasta royalty, Fabbrica have taken our Olive Leaf Gin and spent botanicals like juniper, coriander and cardamom, and combined them with fresh tomatoes, onion and garlic to create a super rich, gin-spiked tomato sauce. Stir it through your favourite pasta with a knob of butter and finish it off with some shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano. Bellissimo.

What started with a weekend kitchen takeover in our Sydney Lab has turned into this gin-spiked pasta sauce for you to enjoy in your home.
