A decadent high tea with gin? It's a yes from us. Spend your Sunday indulging in Four Pillars cocktails, a delicious spread made with Yarra Valley produce and a touch of storytelling to go with it. Meet us in Beth’s Bar with up to six people, where you'll kick off with a signature G&T upon arrival. Then you’ll graze on a tower of seasonal sweet and savoury bites - think fluffy scones with Made From Gin marmalade and cream, finger sandwiches, charcuterie, local cheeses and crackers. We’ll serve two gin Spritz carafes, crafted to match your high tea. 

Want to get behind-the-scenes and see the gin-making magic in action? Then our Distillery Tour has your name on it. From Monday to Thursday, join us for a guided tour of our Healesville Distillery where one of our team will take you behind the portholes to show you our gin stills, our botanicals and our solera of barrels doing the important job of ageing gins. Then it's down to our bottling line, our bar and everything in between. When the tour is over, it's time for a G&T paddle (RRP $18) in Beth's Bar or Jude's Gin Garden. And on your way out you can grab your favourite 700mL bottle of gin from our Gin Shop for $10 off.

Fancy a gin and tonic with a side of gin tasting? It kicks off with a signature Four Pillars G&T, followed by a tasting of five of our favourite gins. Hear all about our gin making process and the history of Four Pillars Gin, and before you head out, you can take a cheeky $10 off any full bottle of gin from our Gin Shop! And for our friends taking a break from the drink, you can still join in on the tasting action with our non-alcoholic option where you’ll be introduced to our booze-free alternative Bandwagon range. Gin and not-gin fun to be had by all!

Led by one of our distillers, this immersive experience will see you take part in a distillation on our micro-still Coral. Plus you’ll get a comprehensive tasting of our five signature gins, and some snacks to keep your strength up! We’ll post you the bottle of gin you distilled, plus you’ll take home a 200mL bottle of Rare Dry Gin, a jar of our famous orange marmalade and a 500mL bottle of Fever-Tree Tonic Water.
After the tasting, grab yourself a bottle of any of our gins, with $25 of the ticket price redeemable on purchase.
