What do you need to make a Martini? Well, one of the most vital ingredients is gin (not vodka!). And our number one gin for a kickass Martini is our Olive Leaf Gin. Made with savoury botanicals like olive oil, macadamia and rosemary, we always think of it as our Martini gin, because when our Co-founder Cam was visiting Cobram Estate a few years back, all he could think to himself was how badly he wanted to 'murder a Martini.'
