We love a Dirty Gin Martini...delicious, but a mere mouthful of tastiness! We're always left wanting more. So, we decided to make a bigger, more sessionable version of the classic gin cocktail that we all love. Meet the Dirty Gin Martini Highball!

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 45mL Olive Leaf Gin
    • 15mL dry vermouth
    • 15mL olive brine
    • 75mL soda water
    • lemon and olives to garnish

  • METHOD

    • Combine gin, vermouth, and olive brine in a highball glass
    • Top with soda water and stir to combine.
    • Garnish with a wedge of lemon and three good-looking olives
