YUZU GIN FIZZ COCKTAIL RECIPE
A gin fizz cocktail is a go-to for gin drinkers who like their sweets with a side of sour. It also makes for the perfect drink serve for our Fresh Yuzu Gin, because you’ve got your yuzu (with its sweet citrus aromatics) and you’ve got your lemon (which is pretty much just sour). A match made in citrus heaven.
For this gin fizz recipe, we kept things pretty traditional, but if you prefer your gin drinks less foamy you can give the egg white a miss and it’ll still taste ace. All you need to do is shake it then strain it. Easy as (yuzu) pie! Enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
- 45mL Fresh Yuzu Gin
- 30mL fresh lemon juice
- 20mL sugar syrup [1:1]
- 2 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters
- 1 egg white [optional]
- Soda water

METHOD
- Shake gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, bitters and egg white over ice
- Fine strain into a chilled rocks glass and top with soda water
