WINTER STORM GIN COCKTAIL RECIPE

Our take on the spicy, yet balanced Dark nā€™ Stormy with a Barrel Aged Gin twist. Sherry Cask Gin provides great body and flavour, combined with the sweetness of orange and the acidity of lemon and the aromatics of ginger beer and bitters ā€“ this drink is as refreshing as it is delicious.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 45mL Sherry Cask GinĀ 
    • 15mL fresh lemon juice
    • 15mL fresh orange juice
    • Capi Flaminā€™ Ginger Beer
    • Angostura aromatic bitters

  • METHOD

    • Build in a highball over ice
    • Float two dashes of bitters to garnish
