INGREDIENTS
- 20mL Afloat Pink GinÂ
- 20mL sweet vermouthÂ
- 10mL MezcalÂ
- 15mL CampariÂ
- 5mL chilli liqueur (we recommend Reed & Co Chilli Koji, Alma Tepec or Ancho Reyes)Â
- Orange

METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in a tin
- Stir with ice
- Strain into a rocks glass
- Top with ice and garnish with an orange slice
